Techstar Computer Services is a registered startup business in the County of Orange under registration number: 20056019350. We are based in Irvine, California and were founded in November 2004. We provide honest, knowledgeable, and personal technical support for homes and small businesses throughout Orange County and the surrounding counties. We provide only real-world experienced  technically certified technicians to assure you that we know what we're doing from the start. We perform everything from computer upgrades to network support and we're always there when you need us. We've received great reviews, worked in all sorts of environments, and welcome any challenge you may have. We're growing everyday and always looking for new ways to improve our service, website, and knowledge to better serve our community and clients. Thank you for your time and consideration. Computer Data Privacy:

Customer data is private information! ALWAYS!
It is a privilege to perform service on your computer and all technicians respect that.
 

  • We don't have any desire to know what is in your computer or where you go on the internet.

  • We NEVER remove data from a computer without your consent.

  • We absolutely "Respect your Privacy" and
    DO NOT share ANY information with third parties under any circumstances.

 

Software Piracy:

  • We do not GIVE or LOAN software.

  • All our customers must provide their own software and license keys, legitimate or not.
    (copied/pirated software is not eligible under our service warranty.)

  • If you've lost your cd-keys for Windows or Office... we can recover them in most cases.

  • We DO install and support open-source alternatives (FREE software)

  • We know a lot of people like to download music and videos... we do not support this...

    • However we still help you manage your files... this falls under "private data"
